How low can 'Len" get?? Now he is calling the real estate agent to get in contact with someone. Not nice!!

Len called me at work today! Asked about my friend. He named her first amd last name. I asked which company he was calling from. He told me it was confidential. I said so is my friends details. He told me he was trying to help her out as much as he could if he could just have her details. I said how do i know u are not a stalker (joking) but he got all defensive. I asked him how he got my details any way at work. He said he looked it up on fb. I instantly knew scam. He wouldnt tell me no information so i asked him what would happen if i called the number back and he said u will get my private line. Ended up hanging up called my friend and she knew nothing about him!

This fellow, who called himself "Len", left a message on my voicemail, describing my address and asking me to call him back on this number. No reason, no reference to a name, no nothing. I suggest to you "Len", that you are relying on people to be thick if you think this kind of con is going to work. Hassle someone else, you moron.

You have a right to complain to  financial Ombudsman and ASIC.I did a similar thing in the past as their tactics were unethical and unlawful.These breaches are serious and can lead them with a heavy fine including losing their licence . Idiots like these prey on people who are not familiar with their rights.. they are scumbags.

'Len' is your friendly debt collector - he works for Credit Corp - a company that preys on poor people.They buy your existing debt from whoever you owe the money to and then double it and add their 'fees' rendering people unable to pay and when they cant pay it they get a court order (not in the state you live in) that gives them legal right to sell your assets to recover their costs. They are a listed company with shareholders to please funnily enough. My debt was around 6,000 - i offered them 5,800 as a settlement - they rejected it saying they wanted at least ten thousand as they had shareholders to please. They got nothing as I have cancer operations to pay for. They are the lowest of the low - lower than a sausage dog

this Len keeps on phoning my home has now started leaving messages around the town.
