You have a right to complain to  financial Ombudsman and ASIC.I did a similar thing in the past as their tactics were unethical and unlawful.These breaches are serious and can lead them with a heavy fine including losing their licence . Idiots like these prey on people who are not familiar with their rights.. they are scumbags.

'Len' is your friendly debt collector - he works for Credit Corp - a company that preys on poor people.They buy your existing debt from whoever you owe the money to and then double it and add their 'fees' rendering people unable to pay and when they cant pay it they get a court order (not in the state you live in) that gives them legal right to sell your assets to recover their costs. They are a listed company with shareholders to please funnily enough. My debt was around 6,000 - i offered them 5,800 as a settlement - they rejected it saying they wanted at least ten thousand as they had shareholders to please. They got nothing as I have cancer operations to pay for. They are the lowest of the low - lower than a sausage dog
