Caller: Crystal, OBC Optus Business Centre? Crystal rang to speak to GM. Claimed it was about a contract. A business contract. Dances around purpose of call. Says she's spoken to him before and he would know what it was about. Crystal has called a few times and we've never put her through to the GM.
