said he was from AMM parramatta and wanted to talk about refinancing my mortgage. unsolicited cold call.

got the call from a robot saying that there was an arrest warrant out on me and my tax file number was going to be suspended. I pressed 1 to speak with them... purely to mess with them, but it hung up.

calls and does not leave message

Same old, same old. Phone rings and caller hangs up when the answer phone comes on. Annoying but can't do anything about it as can't block landline calls.

Caller did not respond when I picked up the phone. Probably unsolicited cold call.

Possibly a scam caller, but when the phone was answered, there was no response.
When I called back, the line was congested. A minute later I got a call from an unknown number from an automated Amazon scam. Don't know if these calls were related.
