Just called and and noone talks. It just hangs up. Unable to call back as the number is not in service???

they don't leave a message, on answering machine with a call back and reference number
when i answer and ask the person isn't at home, they say they will call back later again no message or reply call..

Yip I have started getting these calls and the same thing call them back and it's disconnect should I be worried

Same problem here. 5 times a day. Silence on my voicemail. I blocked the number and I'm still getting silent messages from them - no idea how.

Beware of this number people. By accident AGL cancelled by account and sent it to these guys after a relocation to a new address. Its a collection agency that AGL uses. AGL have sent multiple requests to them to withdraw any action against me but they continue to persist at least 8 times a day. I have no outstanding debt. I did answer it the other day and was threatened with court action. I was told to pay now, then hung up on. its Unbelievable that overseas call centres can operate in this way. These people will not listen to reason. AGL WILL make mistakes from time to time but you shouldnt have to suffer consequences This is bordering on harrasment.
Answer the call and take down time and dates. Don't ignore the calls other wise you will have not proof and they will continue. Take care

I read it is a debt collection agency... I have calls from them and have never have a loan nor do I owe anyone money to anyone

This is a debt collector called National Credit management. Contact number 1300 784 999.
I have confirmed this information with AGL that they use them.
They have a contact centre in Manila and in Australia as well.

This number drives me bonkers calls 8 times a day on my mobile then calls my work and hangs up.

I have the same problem. Calls every single day, sometimes leaves a voicemail without a sound on it. Nothing on the other end when I answer...

same story, rings me multiple times a day ... if I answer nobody speaks and when I can back ... disconnected number ???

They are a debt collection company. Report them to ACCC.

I've had around 3-5 calls per day from this number. They don't leave a message and they hang up in my ear when I answer. The number cannot be called back. I'm so over it!

I get up to 7 calls a day as late as 8pm, even on Saturdays, no messages left. When I call back I'm told the number has been disconnected??

Same problem but number calls up to 10 times a day

This number calls my wife and I on our mobiles and home phone 2 sometimes 4 times per day. The caller never leaves messages and when we call back an automated message from Telstra states the number is not in service? Telstra were useless in offering any help to ID the origin. Looks to be a Sydney number but we don't know anyone in Sydney. Anyone got an idea? Thanks.
