Australia Post enquiring about my receipt of a parcel

A couple of missed calls and then one I answered. Appeared to be genuinely AusPost. Knew my name and the company from whom I was expecting a parcel. Checked that I had not been home, but had received notification that the parcel was available for collection.
All seemed above board to me .... I would say maybe stems from people complaining about the parcel notifications just being left in their letterboxes when they are actually home.

I just had a call from this number (after having a few missed calls with no messages being left).

Turned out it was an Australia post survey about delivery services for a recent parcel I recieved. I didn't think to ask if it was a permanent AusPost service of a cotnracted out call centre.

I had the same call as well. I thought it was strange that out of all the parcels I receive ive only just got a call then.
