They're an NBN contractor calling to verify details about property access for installation (parking, pets, etc) - pretty reasonable. The correct return number for them is 1800 290 600.

Extremely rude and pushy call from BSA demanding I provide personal information to confirm an NBN installation appointment (that had previously been confirmed). Upon refusing to provide I was told that NBN would be told I did not want to proceed with the appointment.
My service provider confirmed that BSA have no authority to do this and that personal information should not be shared with this company.

Caller: Someone who I could not understand very well ?
Turns out they are calling to confirm an NBN installation, that has already been confirmed. They should not be calling anyone unless they have been given authority to do so by the person they are calling? I am ver getting random calls during business hours from random companies. They BSA are a Nuisance I do need or want to hear from.

NBN installation company calling to confirm appointment time they were given by the ISP and if I have permission from the landlord to drill for cabling if required. Legit. Lady was helpful and even organised for a tech from a specific background to attend because my mum doesn’t understand English well.

Woman phoned to confirm nbn connection day. Asked for address. I refused to cooperate. I have already done all this with Telstra and nbn. So someone in Telstra of NBN has given my details to this BSA company. Hang up on them is my advice

This company came up on my mobile by the name of Birgit-Frances Australia. They leave garbled messages about my upcoming NBN appointment, wanting to know details ? I'm not responding to anyone who doesn't contact me through an official Telstra communication channel. Their mobile number 0429 394 679 is " disconnected" if you try and call them back. How would they have got my appointment details if I had confirmed them with Telstra ?

Legit for NBN installations - they knew about the install immediately based on me calling them back from the mobile number they contacted me on. They confirmed the address and asked for any additional info needed for accessing the property, and that no one was currently covid isolated. They didn't ask for a name, an account number or any other personal info.
Just annoying that this was after already confirming via an automated SMS and that I don't recall being told by TPG to expect contact from them (BSA).

I received a call first on my mobile from (02) 8748 2506 wanting to confirm my address and followed by a text msg as well to return call to 1800 290 600 for an upcoming NBN installation appointment. These were from BSA. However, when I reconfirmed with my actual NBN provider, I was told this isn't their installation process and I should NOT provide any information which I didn't of course. Apparently, BSA is a competitor and is trying to obtain the "internet codes". I have also submitted a written complaint to my NBN provider expressing my concern as to how BSA obtained my contact information. Very alarming!

Caller: Optus perhaps
I received a phone call from (02) 8748 2400 around 1:45pm 6/01/2020. A female caller claimed the call was to confirm my NBN installation, that has already been confirmed. I told this female caller that, "I have confirmed more than 5 times. How many times do you want me to confirm?! I can see there are 11 complaints against (02) 8748 2400." This female caller responded that "I'll mark you have refused the installation." As soon as she said this, she cut my phone off. I then received a SMS from 0419 976 563, "Hi you have an appointment booked in for NBN on 8/01/2020. Our contact number is 1800 290 600 opt1 Regards".
I have been previously contacted via an Optus staff via Optus Messages who instructed me to contact him by sending him a message on Optus Message App if I have any queries or issued. Optus Track My Order also indicated that my NBN order had been confirmed and NBN appointment had been scheduled prior this phone call from (02) 8748 2400.
This seems like a third party call. If so, I agree that Optus should not share my contact details unless I have been given authority to do so by me. I am also very sick of getting random calls and am sick of being harassed for sharing my private lifestyle information such as pets, access for vehicle on site etc.. On a separate issue, this female caller is extremely unprofessional. So I have reported to Optus for making a formal complaint against this female.
