I've been getting calls from similar numbers between 5 and 6 PM.
I wonder why they bother.

I called back number (02) 8705 3414 it told me the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.

Like clockwork, I get a call on my mobile from this number every day at 5pm. Like the above comments, as soon as I answer they hang up and if I call back I get an American voice recording saying the number is not in service. Spam.

spam or scam calls hangs up on answer leaves a standard looking Sydney number. do not call back.
