telemarket scam - dont know how they got my number

Missed calls from this number - when you call back it does NOT say it has been disconnected- it SAYS: this number could not be connected. Anyway, same gist- block, block, block and time to get an investigation into these annoying companies, who fail to get the message.

How can we stop this crazy people to call?

Got a call from this number this morning. Called back and was told number is disconnected. I think they're just telemarketers.

This number was used on 29 June by a 'David' calling from South Africa on behalf of Compare & Save. David claimed he wasn't trying to see me anything. I insisted the number be removed from the call list and indicated I would take legal action against him and his company if called again. End of conversation.

Marketing

Survey company. He said they got our contact number by their generating system based on where we live.The company name compare and save.

Ask what's ur company website and they do not have one.

keeps on calling even when you say no to them ?????

I called back number (02) 8669 5795 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

I've had a few calls now from this number so tried calling back and says its disconnected. I finally answered and wanted to ask me questions,I nicely refused and hung up. I was just about to ask them not call again and take my number of register but left me posted.

Called this number and always get disconnected.

Calling my mobile, Optus says number is disconnected when you return the call.
Added to reject list.

I have also got a few calls recently. They hang up when I answer and when I call back it says the number is disconnected. Very annoying.

Said it was some "lifestyle survey" and not selling anything. "Just answer a series of multiple choice questions". Sounded dodgy and didn't want to provide them with any information so hung up. This is the 2nd time they called.
