Mr. Rob Dunlop, you called people telling them that you know every thing about the places they lived for the last 10 years, intimidating them in to give you personal information about some one else, which I'm sure is illegal. so hear this, I also know where you work, and easily can find out where you live. I'm going to give you a little taste of your own medicine.

Had a message at work to call a Kayla, at this number, didn't leave a surname or where she was from. Called her back thinking maybe a potential client, and she starts asking me for my sisters contact details. I asked her who she was and what company, she mumbled her surname and didn't tell me where she was calling from but launched so fast into "I've got to speak with X about a personal matter" - when I told her I wouldn't give her any information for privacy reasons, she started asking if anyone else in the family might be able to help or if she could call me back on my private number if she needed to - I told her not to contact me again. She must have got my name and workplace from facebook and googled from there. So sneaky.

Called our switch board harassing our receptionist to speak with someone who hasn’t ever been employed by our company. We were not sure if he was a fraud or trying to steal private information for an untoward purpose, but he commenced to disclose personal information of this person in an attempt to help us identify if we knew of such a person, however last I checked it was illegal to disclose someone’s date of birth and home address without written consent. He kept asking further personal questions to our receptionist such as what was the receptionist first and last name and then asked her what suburb she lived. She obviously refused to provide personal information as this breaches the privacy act. He then started to become rude possibly thinking she was purposely not helping him, but the matter of fact was there was no such person by that name. She politely asked him if it was related to a sales enquiry so she could transfer him to a sales consultant but he was more intent on asking personal questions. Our receptionist advised him that she would be terminating the call if he was not wishing to speak with someone else where he then called her an incompetent idiot, which at that stage decided to terminate the call. Luckily our call centre is an inbound sales team, we were able to conduct a data search based on the number that came up on the screen, and located that date and time data file of the conversation. We have handed it to the police as a safety precaution. We subsequently did some research online and located additional information such as what suburb he resides, it was public information so we just kept it as a precaution. Should anyone receive a call from this person, do not provide any personal information. We now believe he may be using personal information for untoward purposes. Our caller id system recorded his number as being: 0406 380 341 which we have established is an Optus number linked to the same name he provided our switch board (Rob or a Robert Radviani). After further discussions with our staff we were also able to establish that he had called several prior times and spoken to other staff rostered on previous weeks and pin pointed these dates and went back to our server and found he had called 4 other times from 4 different numbers; (02) 8651 5749, (02) 8651 5727, (02) 8651 5282, (02) 8651 5254. On every occasion he was abrupt, disrespectful, and unclear as to what he was calling about. More of an FYI please note these details as required. Thankyou Jason.

All these dole bludgers complaining on this page living on tax payers money. pay your bills losers. I had a call before for someone I know before passed on the message and that person is very happy now after paying his credit card. He even got the discount to pay it. Whoever called in was just doing his job but saved my mates future. He needed some money in emergency for his daughters medical condition and he was only able to borrow because just 3 months before he paid that credit card. I was happy to help my friend.

It's either credit corp or probe collections... and the issue isn't to pay or not pay the issue is that the subcontracted call center who calls 5 times a day including weekends, from unknown, unfamiliar numbers and don't leave voicemails identifying who they are and reason for call... if you haven't got the decency to do that and you rather harass a person anonymously then people have the right to be pissed off... so stop making judgements about people who complain about harassment when A) you don't know there situations and B) it's illegal for any company to harass anyone by phone or any other means....

odds are they are debt collectors, trying to match, names, DOB, addresses, relatives etc.. They are stabbing in the dark from old old debts.. While they are trying to find deadbeat people that skipped out on their debt.. They do it in very illegal ways. You have the right to refuse to give your personal information.

Caller: Credit Corp Called my mobile and work number, sorted it out as soon as I spoke with them and organised a plan suited to me. Friendly enough and understanding, they’re just doing their job. Told them not to call at work again and they said they wouldn’t. If you picked up the phone and sorted your problem out or paid your debt in the first place, they wouldn’t be “harassing” you.

Caller: Credit Corp You people on this page clearly don’t know how to budget your money enough to be able to pay your bills - you are living off of tax payers money and come here to cry about it. Put your adult panties on and get your life in order. If you paid your bills, you wouldn’t be getting harassed. I know financial hardship far too well and managed to save myself, you lot can do it as well. Stop sooking. You are your own problem and your own solution.
Credit Corp rang my business number looking for an ex employee. James from Credit Corp was very kind.

Caller: Credit Corp I agree with a lot of what has been said here. These companies are ruthless a**holes and they go about getting our details the wrong way. But on the other hand if I didn’t have a default they wouldn’t be bothering me. So I have to take some responsibility in this.

I just got a call from a guy calling himself "David Brickwood" regarding an old mate I lost touch with a while back. Reckons needs to talk to him about "some important business matters that were left unattended" and gave me a number to pass on: (02) 8651 5058 He reckons he found me through Facebook, then got my work number off Google, and now cold-called me at work. Seems suss...
