I called back number (02) 8651 5125 spoke to a guy but did not say from what company.

I received a call from this number and found out it was Sereima from Credit Corp

Caller: Serena

Have had several calls from serena wanting to talk to my stepdaugther, also a minor.
would not give me any information. serena stated it was due to privacy.
total scam

called a friend of mine, obviously trolling Facebook, asking for my number. knew my full name. but not my number?? looking at some of these comments, I would not give her/him she/he any information

Don’t disclose any of your information to her. She wants to speak to my daughter (a minor) about some urgent business and personal matters. I basically told her to f** off

A woman by the name of Serena tried to contact me regarding 'a personal business matter'..She's a scammer...

Caller: She said her name is Serena

Came through as No Caller ID (which I usually ignore) but took the call. She wouldn't give me any information about her company just kept going on about wanting to speak to some alleged relative and needed to contact them about a 'personal business matter'.
It has all the hallmarks of a scam.

Do not divulge personal information. They will lead with " we need to verify we are talking with Donald Duck, can you please confirm your date of birth...?" etc.

This is also exactly how scammers work..maybe they are scammers...who cares...if you do not have an existing relationship (customer/contract etc) then hang up.

dont call this number they are not looking for anything but your money and refuse to tell their company name. unless they know who they are talking to. they are dodgy as
