Caller: BankWest This is NOT a scam. 100% confirmed to be legitimate. For me it was BankWest calling as a big payment was coming out and it got flagged in their system as potential fraud. They also sent a text from their official number (I know it is their number as I get confirmation codes from that number for purchases), and email with a legitimate "from" email address. They blocked access to internet banking until I called them in case my account had been hacked. BankWest are a part of CBA so this is in line with the other reports.

Caller: Claimed to be Hollard Insurance Asked for personal details so they could confirm changes I requested on my policy. I didn't request changes. They very readily ended the call when I said I wouldn't provide details. Seems sus.

Caller: CBA Insurance Not a scam. This is CBA Insurance but you can't call back on this number. I had put in an online enquiry and they called me from this number. You are best to just wait and they will try you again or email you.
