Caller: Robodialling nuisance

Robodialler calls. No voice. Hangs up after a few seconds.I dial the number...this one tells me my call can not be completed at this time... so it's some scamming criminal group who have the use of that number to see if you are home. If you answer they will call you again with fraudulent rip-off schemes.Or they think you are not home they will send someone around to rob your house. Become armed and dangerous!
