I got a call from this number tonight at 9:45pm on my mobile and they left no message. Who calls at 9:45pm and does not leave a number!

Pre paid calling cards purchased mainly in India.  

When callers use thier cards, this number appears on the receipients caller ID.  The caller could be anyone using a calling card
