I kept them on the phone for nearly 50 minutes before telling them I was the motorist that drove through all the pedestrians in Melbourne. He told me I was a fʋᴄkƖƞg waste of his time and slammed the phone down.

Take care with these people. After calling me I researched them. I called Scamnet WA Gov who confirmed the company is Fishing or Harvesting for unsuspecting people. I then called ID Care who told me that each state is responsible for personal accident insurance. The phone numbers that called me were from NSW and South Australia. I then called Insurance Commission of WA to let them know a company may make a fake claim on my behalf. I believe they are a scam. My concern is they are 'harvesting' for personal details and ID Theft, and make false insurance claims which would be fraudulently made in my name. Beware!!

Same deal, phishing about a supposed accident. Keep calling me incessantly, every two days. Blocking their number doesn’t help.
Any ideas? A-holes

Hi There, I'm a long term First Response customer and am very happy with their services. They are helping me get some money due to a car accident i forgot to raise to the authorities. it just shows you- luck can come knocking around the corner at anytime.

same as most of the others, asked if I had been in an accident in the last 12 months. When I replied no, she asked if anyone in the house had been in an accident? she then apologised and said there had been a mistake.

Suppose we can search the number on the web before answering the call. We need to post the number to inform people do not answer the call because it's unsolicited stranger's call and invading people's private life and annoying.

Finally answered their call after ignoring them for three days. "First Response" calling about an accident I'd supposedly had. I laughed and told him to go away

Total SCAM - trying to implicate in an accident last 12 months which is just nonsense fishing probably for lawyers looking for a compensation claim to jump on.
