Please be very wary of this number. Very dodgy South African caller who used every tactic to get my full name, DOB and address. Had a very bad vibe about this. Very aggressive and rude.

Caller: Energy Company - Pacific Energy

I am very wary of answering politely with my name as I did for the last 35 years before the scammers and telemarketers started calling me. Now I carefully chose my responses to ensure that I do not use any word that could be seen as meaning "yes" or "agree", typically they hang up within less than 20 seconds if you don't engage.

I am unsure if it is a scam or not but I didn't ring them, and this site clearly indicates that they have rung others so they are likely a contract call centre or very bad scammers. I dislike these practices so much. I find it difficult to believe that there is nothing that can be done to silence them.

I did not answer, I never when it is unknown or private phone number.

Called multiple times a day and all off of different numbers by the same company how!!!!! I just hang up immediately but obviously doesn’t stop them calling from different numbers.

Aussies are so utterly & thoroughly sick to death of these nincompoops calling at all hours but particularly after work, if these scammers knew anything, they'd know we hate being called when we're trying to relax or have a tinnie.

Been calling me from about 6 different numbers now, which I've blocked. Today the caller got shirty with me when I asked him how many times I need to ask them to not call me.

I called back the number (02) 8599 3383 and reached vm that said I reached Simply Energy
