I entered a competition and now my phone won't stop ringing with telemarketers!

I entered a competition for a free iPhone but answered no to all the questions. Now I'm getting calls from all different 02 numbers that I keep blocking

Have found the following email address

I sent them an email demanding they remove my number immediately.

Not sure if this will get through to anyone but it the only contact.
I suggest everyone send one - maybe 60 a day to match the annoying amount of calls we receive.

Its not guaranteed but your number is now in a huge amount of databases and there is a seemingly unlimited numbers of these companies that will keep buying your number. And like the Terminator - they will not stop.

Moral to this story - never ever ever ever attach your number to a competition. Tell your friends!
I entered a Woollies comp and straight away stated receiving spam emails. I have had to unsubscribe from at least 10 lists in the last 3 days and now the phone calls have started.
Woollies should be ashamed of themselves. Is everything a scam these days?

You think dealing with a "reputable" retailer you wouldn't be subjected to this kind of marketing harassment!

I'm bombarded daily by these scammers, every since I entered a competition for a Woolworths competition masked as a legitimate story with the news.com.au header. They are relentless in calling & flooding my email also. Keeps calling and hanging up after one to three rings.

This number rings a couple of times a day and doesn't leave a message. Telemarketing. Have now blocked it so it's basically their time they are wasting calling me.

Annoying the crappers out of me too........like previous comments, you block, they change the number they're calling from.......interested to know how to list these as "red calls" as previous comment - can you do this on an iPhone?

I went into a draw when trying to get onto a website ( cant remember if it was Ebay or Gumtree ) but since then have been bombarded with calls.

1 of many 02 nuisance calls-ring on mobile no message- after replying to promotion to say I'd win a Jb HiFi card- despite saying no to all except 1 promotion.
