The owner is iPrimus, I spoke with them, the source of call is Manila through the internet system, using NSW number. I spoke to the person to delete my number from their list. Will see what will happen next.
Yesterday i did an on-line chat with iPrimus, but as usual they said they did not know, just pretending.
When they call again, answer the phone and ask to delete your number from iPrimus list. Or submit to TIO to take action.

scam scam i filled in a tefal "free " pots survey, 20 mins later although i said no, to all questions, it started asking all again, spoke to tefal they never ,,,never have any such surveys, this hasnumber appeared 6 times this afternoon,plus the wondeful, dodo, phoned from india,

Who is the owner of this (02) 8583 4217, it is disturbing, call some twice or 3 times a day, bur when I called back only a recorder mentioning "iprimus', I checked iPrimus, but they do not know. The best is to shoot the bastard and let the bastard stay in hospital, because it is disturbing especially when driving.

Iprimus asked for my daughters name - I told them they had the wrong number and hung up on them. Since then they have been calling twice a day around the same time - I have now blocked them.
