The easiest way to stop them is answer the phone and blow a whistle into the phone. I am sick of telemarketers not taking no for an answer. I too am on the do not call register and don't do online surveys or enter competitions it is such an invasion of privacy and they care what time of day or night it is. So see how quick they learn when you blow a whistle.

This number has called me 50 times in the last month. Never leaves a message, I called them back and got angry with them and told them to put me on the do not call list. Hopefully no more calls from then and if I do I won't be happy
