This was from someone who said he was from Telstra - we suspect he was not (there was a warning on the radio this morning about such people) - he was repeating something I had already been told by staff there yet giving me a somewhat different instruction. I called the no back only to be given a message saying the no was disconnected. I then tried this reverse lookup with no result given. Apparently my husband heard something this morning on the radio about people who are doing this and pretending to be from Telstra.
