They're trying to ring me on my telstra mobile internet stick, which doesn't even make sense!

Its a telstra survey for a recent transaction you made (new phone, contract etc) ....

Seems a fair service, better than some places. Even my car service centre sends an SMS to enquire my customer satisfaction level. Thankyou Telstra.

I have a telstra pre-paid mobile and it rang me on my mobile. At first I thought it was relatives fromm NSW but it turns out it isnt. It is really strange.

This seems to be interesting coming from Telstra as a survey. This website is cool can find out whose number it was! Thank you for letting me know by putting comment in. Rather useful.

You can block the number on almost, if not, all smartphones. Easy solution, no more calls from them to me anymore.

They have rung me twice this afternoon and have hung up both times. They just rang now at 1:48pm and I did not answer. Getting quite annoyed with them. Wish they would at least say something.

This caller is pestering me and I wish I could report TELSTRA. I don't want telecall outfits who are really scamming conman marketers.

Constant, daily contact from both this number and the other telco number referenced above. Have now blocked both numbers from calling the house phone.

Scam Telstra caller. Wants to change your plan but you'll end up paying more.

After receiving a call from someone saying they were from Telstra (and proved they knew details on my account) I foolishly accepted their deal to repackage my plan. This call came the very next day, a survey 'from telstra' about the recent call. You can hang up or ignore but it continues to ring back!!
The calls are based from TSA Group who have obviously been provided access to Telstra customers since they could see my data usage, call patterns etc. Convinced me I was saving $60 rebundling, and would give me an iPad 64gb 4G. I discovered at contract time that the iPad was an inclusion @ $38/month. In essence he could have saved me $98 a month, but snuck that upsell in as part of my 'savings / offer'. Very deceptive!

This is not Telstra at all! Beware - Hang up immediately and report it to Telecom Ombudsman. I got the bogus Telstra survey on (02) 8570 3245 after a phone call the previous day from another bogus telemarketer on (08) 6228 4014 which is actually TSA Telco Group www.tsagroup.com.au

I ended up blocking with my landline phone after numerous missed calls. If I wanted to give feedback I would have done so after my call to them. Again no message left by caller.
