Sydney number and message was left in Chinese. Definite spam

Had numerous calls from similar number . heavily accented s
and hard to understand. Supposedly from Telstra about my reception upgrade, Knew details but i keep getting calls even though I was told i was being sent a paper copy in snail mail. Some calls don't register in recents on my iphone. I have blocked so many. Scammers no doubt trying to get further info from me. Today I was asked when the best time for me to answer a call. Supposedly open from 7 am to midnight. I told the 7pm but have had no call back. Wary of filling in paperwork now. Sick of this.
