They call and when you answer they hang up. very annoying and a waste of time. They are a fund raising company that collects money for anyone who pays them

Ditto. Why call if you don't want something? It's already cost them to make the call, so if they want to sell something, it's hardly conducive to good business to make the potential customer call you back.
