just called me, but i did not answer

this number appears on my virginbroadband log

I called the nunber 8524-5986
The answering machine registers it as a charity ( charity not named)A6V6
stating they will call me again

I am on the do not call list and yet they still call me ?

Just answered a call from this number(home phone number, not on any Do Not Call lists).Said "hello hello" a couple of times and then the other party hung up.Looked at this site and did not bother to call them back.

Yhe its the same for me. I dont know who is this unknown caller. I still replied them once like dont call back.

But still i get the call during some critical situations.I got a call when i was in a interview.
