(02) 8524 5978 and also (02) 8524 5944 - called back each number, but RVA (Recorded Voice Announcement) advises the number is disconnected for each number. Must check next mobile phone bill for unaccounted charges. Like Telstra's 1800 PHONE HOME, even if your answering machine picks up you will still be charged for accepting the call. Maybe this is a new phone scam being trialled. I am on the DONOTCALL register, yet I still get them. Is some agency verifying an active phone number?

I just a call from this same number (02) 8524 5978, but didn't answer it. I'm also on the DNC register.
