Calls every night about 1800 and hangs up... curious!

I got a call from this number 26/03/12. Said they were from the NSW Rural Fire Service looking for donations. I suspect it is a telemarketing company who specialize in these types of calls. The only way I can figure they are doing this is by using telephone lists obtained from Telstra. I say that becasue I haven't lived in NSW for years, yet I know that Telstra still have me listed at an old NSW address! And yes I am on the 'do not call' register so Telstra shouldn't be supplying this information should they?

Just got a call from this number 24th May. Missed the call and called back to hear that the number is disconnected! Spooky.
