Yesterday, I had a missed call from 85245922 and today, a missed call from 85245911. country code: 61:Australia and Area code 2: Sydney

I did not called them back but I felt weird.

I found a few people received calls from 85245911 but not from 85245922.

exactly same as everyone elses comments. calls and hangs up. Returning call goes to a generic fundraising recorded message. very spammy behaviour.

On consecutive nights have received calls from (02) 8524 5911, (02) 8524 5973, (02) 8524 5959. All tele-calls I would suggest from the same organisation.

When I dont know the number as I have caller ID,normally I do not answer. Sometimes I pick up & say nothing...that tricks them. lol

They call and hang up. I phoned back once at 2am and got a recording saying it was the Fundraising Department, and that "They Were Busy". Then I phoned back and it said the call could not be connected. I suggest it's an overseas scammer who has cloned a Sydney phone number, the line quality of their recording was terrible. I have reported the calls to The ACMA Do Not Call Register, here: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/ Maybe they can find out who it really is!

Did a bit more checking - the enquiry number I was given 1300 655 041) is the fundraising area of the Oncology Childrens Foundation, who also happen to raise money for the RFSA. All checked out properly, so they have my donation.
