Claimed to be woolworths online about verifying my order. I order every week sometimes twice a week and have never had this called. Was asking for my information in regards to my order and I said that if there was a problem with my order I would contact the store directly myself.
He just kept repeating that he needed to verify my details before he could go into details about my order. I hung up and number is blocked.

I asked him what’s it about?
He said there’ an issue with delivery but before he can me I have to verify my details
I told him that I am sensitive to scam so I refused.
He couldn’t say anything else so hang up
