Caller: Woolworths online Same for me. Heavy accent that was outdoors and lots of background/ street traffic. Couldn’t hear them. Said it was Woolworths online. Had collected an order that day without issue. They called again and left a 3 min mostly blank message that I couldn’t understand. Pretty sus.

Claimed to be woolworths. I don't shop at woolworths. Wanted personal details to proceed with (something? heavy accent couldn't understand). Again, I don't shop at woolworths. Seemed more like a phishing scam. Maybe someone is spoofing the number if it's also legit.

Caller: Woolworths online Definitely not a scam. They called to inform me that I had left parts of my order behind, which I hadn't. Simple mistake but I do appreciate that they called. How do I know it's not a scam? They only asked to confirm my name and email address, and they knew what I had ordered. So please don't listen to those people who said they were asked personal questions and hung up.

Caller: Woolworths Online This is legitimately Woolworths Online, they called me after some items were missing from my delivery that morning (I had also started an online chat about the issue).
They asked for my last name and email because they can't give out order/account info to just anyone, this is normal customer service.

Caller: Woolworths online Guys this is not a scammer. It’s legit Woolworths Online. They called me to say I left behind a substitute item from my click and collect. They confirmed the store and item and everything. I was highly suspicious and didn’t want to give my details but after asking them for more info about them, it was fine. Really friendly too. LEGIT caller!!

Caller: Woolworths Online This is legit. I was very suspicious when they asked me to confirm my email address before they would tell me what the call was about. After confirming, they said they wanted to send me a Christmas hamper… I was still suspicious, but confirmed my phone number and address, because I give that info out all over the place anyway… a couple of weeks later a hamper turned up with a thank you card from Woolies! 👍🏼

Caller: Woolworths online Call is legitimate from Woolworths. They ask for your full name and email in order to verify your details (standard procedure) I called the 1800 number then the call disconnected, then the same customer service representative called me back on (02) 8522 9892.

Caller: Scam Left a message it was slow and made no sense but basically saying they were from Woolworths Online and Everyday Market and they just want to give out free hampers. After reading all the others I guess if I answered they’d try to get my personal details for the ‘free hamper’ scammers

Called 4 times today - not answered. Others say it's Woolworths Online about problem with order. I ordered for 1st time with delivery this morning - there was no problem with my order. Sounds like a scam & it's worrying that they have my number so soon after setting up Woolworths app.
