They call many times per day and call from different numbers after blocking them

Had three missed calls. I called back to see who it was. It was an Indian man saying there have been trying to call about my energy bill account! I don’t have an energy bill account and when I said this he quickly hung up.

They hang up every time I answer. Then I block them and they call me from a variation of the number, and hang up again.

I picked up and they hung up immediately.
