Scam call. Have blocked number but the just call from a similar number. Being on the Do Not Call Register has no effect at all

These people rings me 3 to 4 times day from different number and try to sell their product , it’s not relevant to me and after requesting 10 times they keep calling back. Any suggestion how to stop these people?

This company harasses me.
I have told them not to call me and they continue to call numerous times a day.
I asked what they do and the man dodged the question then stated that I asked them to call..
Super pissed with this harassment

spoke to me then hang up if you call back they give the option to go on the do not call list
don't know if it works or if they are after the long distances call money
