I called back number (02) 8520 4019 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Telemarketing. I blocked this number.

Calls "to make sure you're not paying too much for your energy bills"

Or should I say Contact UNprofessionals. I have taken about 10 calls from these telemarketers and countless missed calls. Each time I have asked the operator to put me on their Do Not Call list. However they are totally Unprofessional . . . they don't.
