Sounded suspicious so I didn't enter it. The company also changed their name to Latitude Finance also so they would have used that name. I advise everyone not to enter their date or birth. There was no suspicious transactions when I checked my online statement.

i called back number (02) 8488 4954 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
