Caller: 84884951 This number rang me at 6.40 am on 11/5/2024. I don't ever answer numbers I don't know so I waited for a while and rang them back; this is when they claimed to be Latitude Fraud services but then claimed that there were no advisors available (but they'd just rung me). I then put the number into the phone (rather than just pressing call back) and tried it but it was not connected. Very dodgy. I'll ring the official Latitude number later in the day when they are open. It all sounded very official but I reckon it's a scam.

Called at 04:57 claiming to be from 28 deg mastercard fraud team. Also received a text message from 0483 900 541 informing me of $895 transaction. Checked my account both online and through the app and two transactions are pending that I have not made. I called the landline (02) 8488 4951, this asked me to press any key which I did and then it repeated the message and advised to call a 1300 number or the number on the back of the card. These 1300 numbers were different and when I did ring the number on the back of the card I could not get through because it is out of business hours. I can only assume that this number is a scam and because I called it and pressed a key they most likely have verification of my phone number now. I'm still trying to sort it out.

Caller: Lattitude Pathetic company and pathetic customer experience. Called them this morning about a block and they said they removed it and it's then blocked again on the same website. These guys are do inept that they send you an SMS message when you're overseas and don't have access to a mobile. Pathetic and pitiful customer experience from Latitude on my experience

Caller: Latitude (28 Degrees credit card) Rang me 3 times before I checked out number & rang them back. Got cold feet waiting so rang the 1300 number on the rear of my card. Very helpful & questioned an $81 debit to my card yesterday (Sunday) which I think was a 'free' streaming service via NSWRL. Couldn't get the stream but needed my credit card number to prove I was over 18yrs of age. Because I got the link on the NSWRL facebook page I thought it was legit.....maybe not!!

Caller: Latitude Financial Services re 28 Degrees MasterCard Concur - this is not a scam call. Same number called mobile and home numbers within minutes of each other. A pre-recorded message was left on both re the 28 Degrees Mastercard asking us to call a 1300 number which was the '28 Degree Fraud' line. If you're a 28 Degree Mastercard holder and in doubt, call the number on the back of your card - they will confirm the calls made to you.
