They say they are Telstra and that I need to call back about a problem with my order. Surprise surprise, I don't have a Telstra order.

My issue is that I am waiting on my number to be ported from Vodafone to Telstra, I've been waiting since last Thursday and their email says usually within 24 business hours - so 3 days. Now 2 days over but they do say "usually", I suppose the lack of commitment should be a sign in itself not to become a Telstra customer. No message was left by the caller. I will call Telstra myself but it seems odd that Telstra would leave no message so perhaps all is coincidence and they are Spam/Scammers

I receive these continual calls to mobile. asking me to call back to 1800 xxx. They claim to be from Telstra regarding problems with details on an order. and giving reference No.:1234xxxx. THIS IS A SCAM, do not call back, do not press button one,do not give details.

They rang today and it was an automated message about an order ? I didn’t end up getting through just on hold. Thinking it’s SCAM!!

Hi, I thought it was a scam too,but called Telstra and they confirmed they were trying to call. Someone was trying to port my mobile to another carrier fraudulently. I managed to stop it

Advised by Telstra that this is probably a scam. Telstra only call from private numbers & leave a reference number for legitimate queries.

Scam Telstra. Just hang up. If you really want to buy something from Telstra, you call them....not them trying to flog stuff. Calls all times of the day....wont take no for an answer....very annoying.

Sick to death of these damned phone calls and messages. Claiming to be telstra, but they are not. Getting about 5 calls & texts a day from them. Bloody annoying.

just got this call again, I called Telstra, they even couldn't give me the answer if that number belongs to Telstra!!!

Bombarded with calls & texts from this no. who say they are Telstra. I Rang legitimate Telstra who confirmed it was not them, and they advised to ignore calls/texts. The fake company is after personal details so DO NOT REPLY, RESPOND OR ENGAGE WITH THEM AT ALL. Block the no. if you are able to, otherwise just ignore and hope they eventually stop harrassing you.

This number just rang out my mobile ph one after another
Naturally interrupted a client session, so I hanged up ... this seemed to set them off for the re ring
