I called back number (02) 8459 1662 spoke to a guy who said company name is RSPCA pet insurance.

R.S.P.C.A. Insurance. They call from multiple numbers including (02) 8043 3892 and (02) 8287 1004.

I made an enquiry 3 months ago and they haven't stopped calling me, despite the fact I have asked numerous times to be taken off their list!
