We have been ripped off by this company. Just received another call from them but they are trading under a different name, starts with A but I can't remember as he hung up when I asked for my money back and contact details for them. Be careful of these scammers!!!!

Now Keyline Australia no longer exist and being one of the small businesses ripped off by these people how do I get control of my web site?

NEVER EVER TRUST KEYLINE AUSTRALIA! I wished I had of seen all these comments prior to signing up with them. They not only failed to complete a website for me, which was part of the contract, failed to place us on top rankings on Google listings as promised, took my money and asked for more and more and more...... The website they had completed was unprofessional, incomplete and it was offline majority of the time as their system was always down, but blamed it on me, even though I had nothing to do with it (that's why I paid them!). All the excuses, and good old (AKA) George Williams ..... don't ever trust him...... Be warned Aussies!

Just had a phone call from these people wanting to speak to the business owner. Said they are busy and the person dealing with communications is not in till Wednesday.

Beware of the Keyline scam. They promise front page of Google but cannot deliver. Target new signups from dlook and truelocal.

We signed our business up and they called us saying it wont work. Go with them because they are Google guaranteed. Dodgy.

Definitely a scam.

I got harassing phone calls from George Williams from this company continually, and then after I told him to not call me, I would call them if I wanted their services, the phone range 3 times from a private number one after the other. I had to phone the head office and tell the supervisor of George that if I received one more phone call from him or any other 'private number' that day, I would be reporting him to the police for harassment, surprise surprise the calls stop that day.

Look at these fake comments, all placed within minutes of each other. If you are going to adopt English names to make up bogus reviews it would help if you spelled the names correctly first. Douglas and Bernard???? Unfortunately for you you have just exposed yourselves as being deceptive liars through making these silly posts...the most delicious thing of course is that you brought this situation upon yourselves and only have your own stupidity to blame. Shame on you.

Just had a nuisance phonecall that seemed to be about SEO (search engine optimisation). They had our company name / industry etc completely wrong.I asked for their company name / number and they told me 'Sharon' from Keyline Australia on 0284 58 06 00. Later in the call I asked to be removed from the lists and she refused so I threatened to report them to the information commission, at which point she asked "How are you going to report us when you don't know who we are?". When I repeated back the phone details she said "No that's not the correct information" so I accused her of lying and she hung up.

For all those who think Keyline is a scam with over 300 happy clients on board please feel free to call us or email us at binu @ keylineaustralia.com....If you have paid for a service then you will receive the service no matter what..Putting up false reputation against a company would not fetch you much...If we were scamming we wouldn't have done biz in Australia successfully for the last 3 years........Please be realistic guys, if you have a problem report it, escalate it and it would be taken care off, by putting in false allegations it would only prove that Keyline is doing good for numerous businesses in Australia...People who say Google+ and Google Listings are free..they are absolutely correct!! Its free to get a listing done on Google but to bring yourself on top ranks requires loads of extra work!! Why would Google prefer to show case a single biz when millions make their listings on Google???.......Unfortunately illiterate blog posters should have more knowledge about a company than putting in false reviews....Our idea is not to raise an answer to this fake blogging but for people who have paid and want to use our service!!

Keyline is a bull s*** company i have ever seen....all they do is ask money...no work atall..the accounts department is a piece of s***...

Hello Devendra, I am not a fake commenter. I am Bernerd and if you search on Google you will find many people by my family name. See, forums are for speaking your mind. I wrote what I felt, just like you. I happened to be searching and came up with these false accusations against a company which gave me good value for money. However, I am not quite sure why you are after Keyline?

Hi, pretty serious accusations there. I have to say, my experience was completely opposite with Keyline. I spoke to someone named ?Dan? and the guy was really helpful. How can Google call you by the way @ Phoebe Jacobs? Didn?t it occur to you that Google personally doesn?t phone people?
