saying they are from Telstra when they are not for the intent of fraudulent theft is a crime. Telstra must collect evidence of proof, crack them off, and then start legal action. They owe this to their subscribers. unfortunately the highly paid exec's won't fork out the cost of such action.

They called me 4 times in one day and left no messages. I don’t answer an unknown number, if it’s important they should leave a message but they haven’t yet Either scammers or hardcore telemarketers

Caller: Says from TSA This is a scam call. Received a call from this number. Pretending to be from "TSA". I started receiving these calls ever since I moved to Telstra broadband. These scammers even know my name, my mobile number as well. I am pretty sure the personal information has been compromised through Indian call centers.

If you are receiving more than 2-3 calls over the course of a few days then it is likely that the dialling program that our partners, like TSA, use to contact customers has developed a fault with regards to your number. I can assure you that this is not intentional and if you contact us on 13 22 00 we can get this investigated. Additionally, you can contact TSA directly to report this http://www.tsagroup.com.au/contact/

getting this at about 5.30 each day, and sometimes they'll try twice. At this point I google every 028 or 029 call and find they're all scams. Problem is a while back my pay office tried to call me and the number looked like one of these and I didn't answer it thinking it was just another nuisance call. Luckily the nice lady left a message and asked me to call her back. Heartily sick of the constant intrusions by scammers. I must learn how to block.

They have been calling my number everyday for WEEKS and I have never answered. They never leave a message! I have started a written record of their calls as my Telstra 101 message service tells me the number that called, at what time, and that they "did not leave a message".

Call almost every day and don't leave a message. At least I now recognise the number so don't pick up. Very annoying.

Said to be from Belong and wanted me to provide my ID. I think they’re trying to steal people’s ID. I’m gonna report this to the police or whoever in charge.

Called me at 4pm I answered then thought it was a scam so hung up, called again at 6:30pm a different person this time, she knew my full name and the last 4 or 5 numbers of my phone number, she asked me how my service was and advised me to go into my local Telstra store to get a problem fixed (supposedly free of charge) and also told me that I’m not using all of my data that I pay for so I should data share or hotspot some people to take advantage of my left over 50gb a month, I’m still unsure whether or not this is a performance review contracted by Telstra or a scam but they seem to know a lot about my plan and usage so I’ll be going into my store to check it out

It is a scam. They call about 3 times a day, everyday. The first few days when I picked up the line went dead. It was then I decided to take note of the number and to hit the red button whenever the number appeared. Ringing or Chatline to Telstra is a frustrating exercise - almost a bigger waste of time that the scam-nuisance number calling. Why there is not a facility on your phone to dial in numbers you want blocked is inexcusable...maybe the phone companies make too much money from all of these scam numbers being automatically called to millions of homes every month!
