I usually don't answer these numbers, today when I did, the man quickly replied 'sort wrong number' and hung up. There was a lot of noise like a call centre in background. I would say it's a phishing type thing to randomly check if numbers are real so they can use them to sell on or something else dodgy. I hate this sort of rubbish!
