Very broken up sound. Foreign accent. Very unprofessional in speech and approach. Talking about broadband not being up to speed. Very slow speaker - really couldn't understand. A lot of background noise, like traffic - sounded like she was in a car or on the street. I said I couldn't understand her and she hung up.
