I’ve had calls from this number a couple of times. It does not show up as Spam here. I called back blocking my own number and was answered by a recorded very English voice, no details of who I’d reached; and gave directions only to press 9 or 0 for assistance. Both then say the mailbox is full. So I’d say this is a very dodgy operator and they’re now blocked.
