They tried to get my insurance agency details for an accident. They were not representing the other party involved in the accident and just want to get money out of my insurance company. They were very cagey when questioned who they were representing!
I was advised not to talk to them.

I called back number (02) 8425 4900 spoke to Cris
He said company name is compass and they are an accident management company.
He said they are calling from crows nest new south wales.

Calling stating they are a car hire company and trying to obtain your personal details.

Blocked call from this number and then did the search. Very happy my phone blocks scam numbers automatically.

WTF are people doing calling me at 10.30pm when people are in bed and asking if they could speak to me then hung up on me. I suffer a Disability and live in constant pain which makes my sleeping difficult and these low life’s have nothing better to do then call me and then once I confirm who I am they hang up on me. Maybe they should start to ask them selfs would they like frailer family member been called no only at a late hour but then to be hung up on. COMPASS is PATHETIC!! And should really get some manners.

Keep calling and harassing wanting personal details of people involved in car accident. Sounds like a scam and not a legit reputable company.

Cold called about a not at fault accident to see if I wanted to run up some bills against another person without justification. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Do not give them contact details, it's bad enough they already got my number. Either the insurance company, smash repairer or tow company are giving out personal details without authorisation.

These people are always leaving messages about an accident I didn't have. Surely your personal insurance company deals with the other persons insurance company in the event of an accident - it is highly suspicious that these people are cold calling

My phone number is under a relative's name, and they called looking for said relative to inform me of a motor vehicle accident occurring around 3 weeks ago. Didn't answer, left a voicemail, and so I stumbled across this page. Luckily I blocked the number out of habit!

I called back number (02) 8425 4900 reached IVR for a company caled Compass Claims .

Spoke as if i had an accident 3 weeks ago. Told him i hadn't but still recieve calls from them. Block the number if you can.

(02) 8425 4900 belongs to Compass Claims (1CAR1 CAR RENTALS P/L) who take the word of someone involved an accident who says it isn't their fault and provide them with a hire car. They will hound you with missed calls and even when you speak with them they continue to forward letters regarding hire car costs.
