My number is on a do not call list but they still call.

I have had dozens of calls from this number I do not even bother to answer now

A man with an accent was about to introduce himself. I hung up the phone before I heard where he was from as when I picked up, it took him over 2 seconds to talk so I knew it was an auto caller. Looked up the number and saw all these comments. I am listed on the do not call register. I have no idea why I keep getting calls from places like this.

I received a phone call from the captioned number today. when i picked up the call by pressing the mobile phone button, it cut off the line after 3 seconds. Similar case happens quite often on my company handset and private mobile phone but callers are on different local numbers. is someone testing our mobile phone number or any machine auto-test our numbers ? so weird !

They don't get numbers from companies giving them out but because you have entered your number somewhere such as a comparison site or a "competition" you may have entered.

keep on getting these calls but don't answer but no matter if u block all these numbers they will call again n again no matter wat n use different no's as well..

Telemarketers for comparing energy or insurances. They keep ringing even though they never actually make contact due to being blocked. Every time you go online & use a comparison site your phone number is shared to these organisations for marketing purposes. Don't share your phone number & don't fall for the "Win a gift card" survey from different places including coles, woolworths, aldi etc. Again they harvest your details & the nuisance calls begin. You will never win a gift card for $500 so don't fall for their crap.

omg, this person is non stop harressing me like up to 5 calls a day, i have blocked the number and it keeps calling. asian lady talking asian i can not understand . pretty much i am ready to change number to get this person off my back. i am on the do not call register as well

I have tried to register this on the 'do not call register,BUT its not regulated and isnt allowed on this register as the number hasnt btoken 'any laws'.
I rang the number back and an Asian,or American,trying to be Aussie just repeated that the call was important......
all I will say is RACK OFF
