I got the call too. Man with an Indian accent saying to call back this number or get my lawyer to. Calling about tax evasion. Tried calling back and catch him out, but of course there's no answer.

Say they are from ATO, Fraud, will be charged if not ring back. When rung back number is not connected, Clearly a scam.

Man with Indian accent leaves vaguely threatening message about calling back or "experience the consequences". Clearly deranged scammer. Has been listed on other scam sites. Beware.
