The call stopped before I could pick it up. When I called back it answered and then hung up immediately.

Seems to be a nuisance caller. All of their numbers begin with 028415, followed by four more numerals. They don't talk when the phone is answered. I don't know what they're up to, but I don't answer these 028415 calls any longer.
