I called back the number (02) 8415 8359 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Exactly the same as above. I suspect spam.

I answered the call and then it hung up without any voice. I rung back to get a recorded voice "all our operators are busy right now". No name of any company.

Went to vm but no message...
