I called back number (02) 8413 8395 reached IVR for a company called RSPCA pet insurance.

I bought a pet insurance policy and made an online inquiry while I was waiting for my PDS to arrive. I now receive 3 calls a week even though I keep asking them to close the inquiry. I'm going to change insurance providers. It's reasonable, even good, business practice to follow up inquiries, but when you customer asks to no longer be contacted in regards to the matter, it would be prudent to listen to them.

I recently did an online quote for pet insurance for RSPCA, and i have blocked a different number so now they have called from this one! They don't give up, and they are more expensive than other insurance companies.

i just did a rspca pet insurance quote online and get a call from this number only a few minutes later. and other reports put it as from rspca pet insurance. thanks for being able to block calls!

all i did was enter my details on the RSPCA website to get a price, now im getting 6-7 calls a day. driving me mad
