Caller: Colonial State Bank Apparently, the Colonial First State Super use a computer to generate call backs to client who choose not to be on hold. Only issue is that they use different numbers and my Samsung G21S thinks these are spam calls and does not answer them. I've advice CFS of this but I'm sure they don't seem to care that they are being inefficient using such a system. Not a happy client. I needed urgent advice & took me a week to actually get hold of the right person.

Caller: (02) 8397 1100 Three rings, and hangup. Sounds like a scam, despite being a legit CFS phone number. Probably scammers spoofing CFS's number.

This number is for Colonial First State which is part of the CBA Group (until they sell it off). The number is legit, but the reason for the call may vary from something you want to talk about to something you don't. So if your super is with them (or CBA) you probably want to ring them back.
