Caller: I don’t know

Received a call from a random number, picked up but person on the other end didn’t say anything. Didn’t hear any breathing either. I think it was a computer doing the dialling. Called back and there was an automated response saying the number you have dialled is invalid or incomplete in this loud woman voice inconsistent with the traditional “the number you have dialled is incomplete or incorrect please try again later”
