Caller: Capitol World???

Had a call this afternoon, I think he said Capitol World, could hear other "callers" in the background.... I told them I wasn't interested, then preceded to tell me about my husbands email but then he said because you're not interested, goodbye..... I rang back later, phone number is not connected!!!
