Tolls company LinkT chasing money they have no authorisation to do so by law.

Do they really have no authorisation to? Does that mean you can just ignore tolls indefinitely?

There's a strong argument that it's unconstitutional for foreign owned multinationals to charge us to use our own roads. Roads that were heavily subsidised by tax payer dollars and fuel levies.
I've asked debt collection agencies to present the contract I have with them and ill pay the money in full...they never do, because there is no contract.
I've also asked them will this affect my credit rating. They said no. I said bye bye. I block every number they try to call me from.

Exactly. I simply state if I did have a debt it would be with Linkt and not this collection agency. For the record why should we pay another tax when we've already done as such. The extras should come from politicians pensions who have sold all our assets (ours not theirs) because they have failed to upkeep them and now we have to double dip.

Constant calls and harrassment definitely a scammer probably from Nigeria they bringing way too many in....

I don't answer phone numbers that I don't recognise and if they don't leave a message I block and report them. Thanks for all the comments.

The call was automated asking me to confirm my year of birth. Why would I provide those to a computer.

I get about 20 calls a day every day from them. All different numbers.

Apparently I owe someone $20,000+ for using a road in my own country which I pay taxes for.

Yes I have a Linkt account that is up to date and still get this phone call chasing me on a regular basis.. Its a definite scam......

Didn't answer the call - left an automated message on my voicemail to call the COH group. I have blocked the call

Bit hard to charge someone a toll-fee when I don't own a car or drive and I live in Western Australia!!! We do not have toll roads/ways here!!!!.. if you're going to SCAM someone at least do ya homework properly as to who you are ringing and where they are from... Bloody SCAMMERS!!!!
